2022 Triple Play All-Star Tournament

NO TRAVEL TEAMS—MUST BE REC TEAM ALL PLAYERS MUST PLAY IN YOUR REC LEAGUE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY Cost: $400 per team – Checks should be made payable to Greenwood Lassie League (GLL)Payment must be made (mailed) no later than one week prior to the start of the tournament or your team will not be included in the tournament.
TRIPLE PLAY TOURNAMENT RULES
Four game guaranteeDouble elimination bracket play
Time: Pool play – 60 minute (drop dead) (If an inning has not finished, the score of the last completed inning will stand)
Bracket play – 65 minutes and finish the inning
Run rules – 12 runs after the 3rd inning; 10 runs after the 4th inning; 8 runs after the 5th inning
No DP/Flex – teams must bat the line-up
Coaches must turn in a line-up card prior to the start of the game to the opposing coach and the umpire or the game will not start.
Courtesy runners will be allowed for pitchers and catchers only
8U will use coach pitch only
10U will use all player pitch
10U will allow a player to steal home; 8U will not
Progressive international tie breaker system will be used in the case of a tie during bracket play
